Giuaani Tsolikauri Qvevri

Tsolikauri Qvevri is produced from the Tsolikauri grape variety grown in the Tvishi village, Lechkhumi region in the Western Georgia. The wine was vinified in Qvevri (clay vessel) with a brief skin contact. It is pale amber in color, with a varietal bouquet reminiscent of melon, pear, roasted nuts and caramel. Palette is well-balanced with a lively acidity. Best with: herbaceous dishes, fish, poultry and cheese. Best served at: +12°-14°C
