Team 365 Women's Zone Performance Long Sleeve T-Shirt

Why This Shirt's Colors Don't Fade Like Most Performance Wear Standard dyes don't bond well with polyester—the fiber's tightly packed molecular structure resists ordinary dye penetration, which is part of why so many polyester performance shirts look washed out and dull after just a season of wear. The Team 365 Women's Zone Performance Long Sleeve T-Shirt uses cationic dyes instead, a dye chemistry specifically formulated to bond at the molecular level with polyester fibers rather than just coating the surface. The result is color that stays brighter and more saturated through repeated washing than standard disperse-dyed polyester typically manages. That dye sits on a 3.5 oz./yd² 100% polyester interlock fabric—a double-knit construction that's more stable and less prone to curling at the edges than a single jersey knit. Moisture-wicking performance is built into that same fabric, pulling sweat away from the skin rather than letting it absorb and sit, which matters even more on a long sleeve style since there's more fabric surface in contact with the arms throughout a workout or shift. Sun Protection Built Into the Fabric Itself UPF 40+ blocks the large majority of UV radiation, a meaningful upgrade over an untreated cotton tee for anyone spending real time outdoors—coaching, running, hiking, or working an outdoor shift. The team fit sits athletic without being restrictive, giving this tee the range of motion performance wear needs. Please note: this style is currently transitioning from a heat-seal label to a tear-away label, so inventory may arrive with either. This color-stable, moisture-wicking fabric also takes screen printing and heat transfer well, making it a reliable choice for sports teams, race day volunteers, and outdoor event staff who need bold team colors to actually stay bold.
