Each rest has been assembled from carefully selected pieces of wood and then polished, creating a unique piece. Wood such as cherry, chestnut, cypress, beech, oak, cedar, birch, and ebony are used randomly to create each coaster. The wood has been collected over time from wood materials from different industries across Japan. By highlighting the rich expression of natural wood and without relying on excessive ornamentation, these items embody a natural beauty. Each rest coated with a 100% natural wax blend of beeswax and plant-derived oils.
