RED IPA | 5.0%

Barbe Rouge hops take centre stage in the return of our Red IPA. Named after the notorious French comic-book pirate Red Beard, they bring delicate red fruit and herbal notes to the beer. That hop profile pairs up with a dark, rich malt combination of Melanoidin, Double Roasted Crystal, and Carared. Together, they give the beer a deep ruby colour and layers of berry, caramel, and dark toffee flavours. Citra brings a vibrant burst of citrus and tropical fruit, tying everything together with a bittersweet, marmalade finish.
