Halloween Streamer Fringe

Sometimes you need a little something something to take the party to the next level. These streamer fringes are that! Pop it up for a party, leave it up forever! This pre-made streamer garland is made from PVC streamers making them perfect for the outdoors and can be used over and over. Streamer garland is 1.5 metres wide. Fringe drop is approximately 20 - 40 cm. You just need to unroll and hang! We recommend using reusable hooks or popping in amongst your balloon garlands. Colour placement and selection will rarely be the same in any two pieces, but who wants that anyway?
