Wild Caught, PNW Seafood, four times/year! We go out and fish off the Oregon & WA coast to bring back high quality fish that we process ourselves to preserve peak nutrition. Our seafood is hand cut (picked if it's crab), hand packed, vacuum sealed & flash frozen at our headquarters in Ilwaco, and we distribute it ourselves directly to you. A full, 10 lb. share contains approximately 14 individually hand packed, vacuum sealed, flash frozen 12-ounce fillets or loins, or the equivalent of 21 servings. A half share amounts to about 5 pounds of frozen fish, approximately 7 portions. Health experts generally recommend eating at least 8 ounces (2 - 3 servings) of fish per week. ...fishing experts like us prefer eating our nutrition over those weird orange vitamins! Mixed box contains a seasonal variety of three to four local wild caught species (Albacore, Black Cod, Halibut, Ling Cod, Petrale Sole and Rockfish).
