Sammic Bakery Tray Trolley with Guides

This Sammic trolley is designed to transport and store bakery and pastry trays in a commercial kitchen environment. The frame is constructed from welded stainless steel square tube with L-shaped guides that accept standard bakery trays, keeping them secure and evenly spaced during transit or resting between production stages. The guides include push-through protection, which prevents trays from being accidentally pushed too far and dropping. In a working bakery or pastry section, this type of trolley earns its place quickly. It keeps proofing trays, baking sheets, and cooling trays organised and off worksurfaces, which matters during a busy production run when bench space is at a premium. The fixed guide spacing means trays load and unload consistently without adjustment, reducing handling time and the risk of dropped product.Practical advantages for day-to-day use include: Stainless steel AISI 304 construction throughout for durability and hygiene compliance L-shaped guides with push-through protection for secure tray retention 125mm swivel castors for easy movement across kitchen floors Two braked castors to hold position during loading and unloading Rubber bumpers to protect walls, units, and other equipment The trolley runs on 125mm diameter swivel castors, two of which are fitted with brakes. This is a practical detail in any production kitchen — a trolley loaded with full baking sheets needs to stay put while trays are being slid in or out. The rubber bumpers help protect tiled walls and adjacent equipment in tighter kitchen spaces. This trolley is well suited to in-house bakeries, hotel pastry kitchens, catering production units, and any site producing volume baked goods. It is a tall trolley, so ceiling height and passage widths are worth confirming before ordering. For very high-volume operations requiring multiple trolleys or heavier-duty specifications, it is worth discussing your exact requirements with us first. If you are unsure whether the guide spacing or overall dimensions suit your specific tray format, we are happy to talk it through before you place an order.
