They have a subtle sweetness and a firm, tender bite, the flavour sits somewhere between lobster and prawn. Good in salads, pasta, piled on toast or added to a lobster roll. No cooking required, just drain before use. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 3 days or by the date shown on pack. 250g pack, 150g drained weight.
