Kainamui Factory works with around 1,800 smallholder coffee farmers, including 600 women, who grow coffee on small farms alongside macadamia, eucalyptus, tea, corn, and bananas. The cooperative supports farmers through training and pre-financing, helping cover school fees, production costs, and unexpected emergencies.
