Valhalla Viking Festival 2027 Weekend Vehicle Camping Upgrade Dedicated vehicle camping pitch measuring approximately 5m x 7m. This is an UPGRADE only. You must also hold a valid Weekend Festival Ticket to purchase this. Vehicles will no longer be in the same section as the tents, these will be located in the extension to the main campsite. Do I Need This Upgrade? You need this upgrade if your vehicle will be staying on the campsite or if you intend to sleep in, on, or directly next to your vehicle. Campervans Converted vans Motorhomes Vehicles with roof tents Vehicles with tent attachments or awnings Cars parked beside your tent within your allocated pitch Any vehicle you intend to sleep in If your vehicle is staying on the campsite rather than in the main car park, you need this upgrade. No CARAVANS ON THE QUIET CAMPSITE If You Only Have A Tent You do NOT need this upgrade. Your vehicle should be parked in the main weekend car park. You can then carry your camping equipment to the campsite. This upgrade is only for vehicles staying on the campsite. Pitch Information One allocated pitch measuring approximately 5m x 7m. Your vehicle and any camping equipment must fit within your allocated space. Pitches are allocated before arrival. Your pitch will be linked to your booking and vehicle registration number. You must provide your vehicle registration when booking. You will be directed to your allocated pitch on arrival. Please have your vehicle registration available when purchasing. Blue Badge Holders If you hold a Blue Badge, please select the Blue Badge option from the booking dropdown menu. This allows us to allocate the most suitable pitch before your arrival. Important Vehicle Rules No vehicles without this upgrade will be permitted onto the campsite. No temporary loading or unloading access is permitted. Vehicles must remain within their allocated pitch. Vehicles may only be parked within designated vehicle camping areas. Festival staff will direct you to your pitch on arrival. Day parking, disabled parking and standard weekend parking are located separately from vehicle camping pitches. Facilities Electrical hook-ups are available pre-booked ONLY. Grey water disposal facilities are NOT available. Chemical toilet disposal facilities are WILL BE available. This upgrade simply allows your vehicle to remain on the campsite within a designated pitch. Quiet / Family Campsite No amplified music after 22:00 No caravans on quiet campsite Please keep noise to a minimum after 22:00. If you wish to continue socialising late into the evening, please move to the Main Campsite. Respecting the quiet campsite helps us maintain good relationships with neighbours and the venue. Repeated disturbance in the Quiet Campsite may result in being asked to move to the Main Campsite. Caravan Information Caravans will only be allowed in the special section of the main campsite, in the new field.
