Thank For the 5th iteration in the Grace Series, we pulled out all the stops. This cohesive 5 barrel blend incorporates distillates from Kentucky and Indiana limited to less than 80 bottles. The base is a standout 10 year 95/5 single barrel from MGP. Then we spiced it up with some 13 Year Rye from MGP, DJ, 11 year 36% Rye Bourbon, and 10 year Bourbon from Bardstown; this blend has it all! Nose - lemon, blueberry, maple, coffee, cake, cinnamon, oak, leather, tobacco, tea, pecan, and honey. Palate - lemon crumble, blueberry, compote, vanilla, bean, cinnamon, sugar, maple, sweet tea, Honeycrisp, apple, and oak. Finish - oak, leather, tobacco, ground cinnamon, barrel aged vanilla, lemon citrus, blueberry syrup, breakfast tea, Honeycrisp Apple, and brown sugar. Bottled at cask strength of 120.4 proof.
