Various - Suburban Base Records 35 Years Vinyl LP

Suburban Base ran out of a record shop in Romford and spent the nineties putting out jungle and hardcore at the speed the scene demanded. This four record set marks thirty five years by going back to the original nineties sides, most of which have sat unrepressed since they first appeared. The breaks are still violent, the basslines still enormous, and the mastering does not sand down the rough edges that made these records work on a rig. A serious document of a label that shaped the whole genre.
