Accuris™ Fast Extraction PCR Kit PR1400-FE provides a rapid single-tube workflow that extracts genomic DNA in just 8 minutes, immediately followed by PCR amplification for fast and efficient results. The kit includes a Hot Start Red Dye Master Mix, a 2X formulation with a non-reactive red tracking dye that enables direct gel loading without additional preparation steps, improving convenience and workflow speed.
