This is the first of three Willett-distilled barrels selected from Binder’s Stash — and it raises the bar as one of the highest-scoring barrels ever selected by The Prime Barrel. This isn’t random bourbon sourcing. This is a deliberate strategic alignment between Binder’s Stash and Willett Distillery — one of Kentucky’s most respected independent producers. Binder’s Stash wheated bourbon was distilled by Willett from a mashbill of 65% corn, 20% wheat, and 15% malted barley. It was then fully matured (not merely finished) for 9½ years in a new French oak barrel, making it a true experimental cooperage release for serious collectors and flavor chasers.
