THUNDER® Human CXCL10/IP-10 TR-FRET Biomarker Assay Kit

Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay designed for the quantitative measurement of human CXCL10/IP-10 (CRG-2) in cell culture supernatants. The assay uses the advanced THUNDER® TR-FRET technology and a matched antibody pair specifically optimized and validated for TR-FRET. The kit does not include a recombinant human CXCL10 standard, which must be purchased separately from PeproTech® (catalog number 300-12). The assay is compatible with both adherent and suspension cells, and is run using a simple, rapid, and homogeneous protocol (no wash steps, no separation steps).
