Where the mineral glass crystal is inset a solid 2mm below the raised aluminum guard. All this before you get to the Cage. Made of solid cast aluminum, the cage is there for our most extreme users--those that fully expect and demand resistant to significant damage. Do you demand durability but aren't willing to sacrifice at-a-glance viewing? We designed our Cage-Clip to meet your needs as well. Internally, we're referring to this style as the Naked-Cage. Just simply remove the Cage (secured with 4 ph100 screws), and you'll still find our most durable clip yet. With the durable crystal inset below the raised protective case, you'll still get increased durability over every other Dakota clip.
