The OM 3E is very closely related to the current OM5E, it's a discontinued model and available only whilst stocks last. This model had an RRP of £44.99 Housed in the classic OM series housing it's instantly recognisable for the iconic 'Concorde' shape, and it's the lightest MM cartridge that Ortofon make with a body made from a low mass, low resonance Noryl material. It includes a weight that is housed in the mounting bracket - this is kept in place with most arms, but for very low mass arms it can be removed dropping its mass to just 2.5g This model features an Elliptical diamond stylus and thanks to the removable stylus assembly you can fit a stylus from other models in the range including Stylus 3S, Stylus 5E, Stylus 10, Stylus 20, Stylus 30, Stylus 40 and the 78 RPM only Stylus 78.
