Based on artifacts from two different Southern Song Dynasty tombs: Huang Sheng Tomb & Nanling Tieguai Tomb. Consisting of two halves: an inner pant and outer pant, when combined they create a wide-leg silhouette with long side slits. Effortlessly breezy and comfortable, it's hard to believe that the medieval peoples of China had such modern taste! Inner pants feature long triangular pleating down the side that peek out beneath the outer layer. White & pink inner pants come in a more traditional style print with subtle iris jacquard. Turmeric & green inner pants feature adorable pear blossom design! Inner pants also have an elastic waist for daily comfort. Outer pants called Hedangku 合裆裤 (closed crotch pants) are slightly sheer and should not be worn alone. Based on Nanling Tieguai Tomb design, there are small straps on each side which hold the pant legs closed at the thigh. Usual Hedangku have no thigh straps! Versatile coverings that can be layered over any trouser modern or traditional! Features traditional waist tying style (no waist holes), and come in a variety of colors.
