A large Gouache on paper mounted on board, mid-century modern architectural rendering (likely from the 1950s or early 1960s) of a large institutional or educational building complex. 37cm x 87cm / 55cm x 100cm The artist’s signature in the bottom right corner reads “C. J. Spiess del.” (meaning “delineavit” — Latin for “drawn by”).
