Espe­cially devel­oped for 1-stage polishing of sanded paint defects in paint shops. Special extremely fine yet hard abra­sives allow good removal of scratches, and produce an optimal gloss without holo­grams or buffing marks. Removes marks of up to P2000 grit. Sili­cone free. Can also be processed with an orbital machine, if only a finish is required. Size: 250ml / 1 Litre How to use If neces­sary, sand the paint­work before­hand with a P2000 grit (or finer) or pre-polish with Cut Max (02463000) or Ulti­mate Cut (02393000). Use a vari­able-speed rotary polisher with Foam Pad medium (04930000 or 04986410) or Foam pad soft (04932410). Exerting medium to slight pres­sure, always polish with plane pad. Never polish completely dry. Carry out several indi­vidual polishing steps with the addi­tion of small amounts of polish instead of one long polishing cycle. Wipe off polish residue with a Microfibre Cloth soft touch (04510000) applying light pres­sure. Always check the polishing result in between by wiping with PROFI­LINE Prepare (02373000) on a Microfibre Cloth soft touch and then illu­mi­nating with a holo­gram lamp. Can also be processed with an orbital machine, if only a finish is required. Regu­larly clean polishing pads. Never use different polishes on one pad. Do not use on hot surfaces.
