Heavyweight Steelhose is extra wide and features deck handles at both ends for versatility and diversity of movement, given most human hands can't Grip this hose with a Single Hand for many Loaded Movements. 35-50 LB hose is ideal for Solo Strength, Stability & Power movements, on-body Load Positions, and Drags. We also love working with heavyweight hose as a harness attachment for Loaded speedwork and for ground-based trunk strength movement and for teaching and training Olympic Lifts.
