The innovative process gently removes the caffeine with the use of pure water. It does this by immersing caffeinated green (raw) coffee in a solution of previously decaffeinated green coffee water, osmosis fairly selectively removes the caffeine. This gives us the end result of a decaffeinated coffee that tastes just as delicious as its caffeinated counterpart. Brew Method Filter Brew Ratio: 1:18 Brew Time: Less than 2-minutes (depending on brew method). This means that for every gram of ground coffee added into the filter there is 18 grams of hot water.
