Chilli, Shishito
Chilli Shishito (C. annuum) Shishito chilli is a native Japanese Heirloom that translates to "Lion Head Pepper". It has a thin skin that is ideal for grilling and is traditionally harvested when the fruits are green. The fruits are mild, have a pleasant, slightly sweet flavour, and ripen from green to red. The red fruits are considerably spicier than the green ones. 50-200 Scoville Heat Units. Super mild. Much less heat than a Jalapeno.
