Latte Chocolate Making Kit

The other day I was doing the whole FAFO thing and had some white chocolate in the melanger that I didn’t need. I had just finished roasting my own coffee when inspiration struck me! A latte is nothing more than coffee with silky milk, usually sweet. In went some freshly roasted coffee and OMG the result was so good – pure sweet, creamy, coffee goodness. It was so good I just HAD to share my Latte Bar in a chocolate making kit. This is a fully portioned 1 kg (~2+ lb) Latte Chocolate Kit prepared specially for you. In full disclosure, this is different from our Coffee chocolate kit in that it does not contain any cocoa nibs, i.e. it is white chocolate with a scrumptious amount of freshly roasted coffee in it. The only choice you have to make is if you want whole milk or oat milk. I personally love the one with whole milk. Everything is portioned, and measured. No weighing. No prep. Just pour it into your melanger and let the magic happen. By the next day, you’ll have fresh craft latte chocolate.
