Jazz/Pom & Power Group Fitness Class 7yo - 13yo (1 class)
High energy and lots of fun, this class utilizes a mix of classical jazz technique, pom dance, core workouts, and flexibility training to achieve toned arms and high kicks! Great for dancers and figure skaters looking to strengthen their bodies to achieve new skills, great for all looking for something new to try for health! Also great for those who have been on dance teams previously or hope to be someday! Each class is 60 minutes long, please wear clean gym sneakers or jazz shoes. Pom-poms provided! If you have questions in regards to what to wear or regarding shoes, please email mariannafitness1@gmail.com* Held at the Lunda Community Center, Black River Falls, WI Thursdays 5pm - 6pm from June 25th - August 27th. *Minimum of 5 people must be registered prior to class time, maximum 15. Please register at least 24hrs in advance of the class offered. Same day registrations will not be accepted due to spacing.
