Manchester Gin – 10th Anniversary Edition celebrates a decade of the gin that started our entire distilling journey. To mark ten years since the very first batches were distilled, we have brought our original still, Wendy, out of retirement. This traditional 60-litre copper still was responsible for the earliest distillations of Manchester Gin, and for this special release, we have dusted her off for ten small-batch distillations — one for each year of our Signature Edition. Every bottle has been distilled using the very still that helped define our signature style from the beginning. It is the same recipe that started our story ten years ago and one we have remained proudly committed to ever since. Created as a true celebration piece, the bottle features a bespoke metallic-effect label inspired by the traditional tenth anniversary gift of tin and aluminium, making it a meaningful gift for gin lovers and 10th wedding anniversaries alike. The palate remains fresh, citrus-forward and elegantly balanced, with vibrant lemon and orange, classic pine-led juniper and a smooth depth of flavour. Serve with premium tonic and pink grapefruit, or Mediterranean tonic, rosemary and orange peel for a softer, summery serve. Limited release.
