The Stamford Letterbox Through The Wall Postbox is a premium British-assembled, made-to-order letterbox designed for traditional properties, brick piers, cavity walls, and through-wall installations. Combining a classic front face plate with a heavy-duty, high-capacity mail collection system, the Stamford provides an elegant and practical solution for secure A4 mail delivery. Please note that this is a custom, made-to-order letterbox and current orders may have a longer than usual lead time. Orders may take up to 3 weeks. The Stamford is available with a choice of polished brass, polished chrome, brushed chrome, or textured black faceplate, allowing you to select a finish that complements your property. The main body and back plate have a black zinc-coated finish, while the rear casting, including the door, is cast from pure aluminium in English foundries. The main body is made from sturdy electro zinc-coated steel, and all additional components, excluding the lock, are made from solid brass or stainless steel and assembled in England. When installed into a cavity wall or pier, the mail is securely stored within the cavity area, allowing both the front letter plate and rear casting to sit flush against the brickwork or rendering. For double brick or single brick wall installations, the collection box is positioned at the rear. Different mail chute depths are available for single brick, double brick, cavity wall, and brick pier installations.
