In un hotel di montagna, durante l’estate, soggiornano anziani in cerca di sollievo dal caldo della pianura. Tra i piatti più richiesti del ristorante c’è il coniglio, tanto amato quanto difficile da mangiare ad una certa età a causa dei piccoli ossi nascosti tra la carne. Attraverso una semplice scena di vita quotidiana, la storia riflette sul tema della vecchiaia e della morte. La cura nei confronti dell’ambiente è un aspetto molto importante di questo progetto. Il grande formato vuole esaltare questa caratteristica e portare ad una lettura più immersiva.
