Watch Dog | +/- 1670

This 17th-century Delft tile depicts a dog that seems to be on a watch, delicately painted in dark blue. The animal is captured sitting in a field filled with plants, and the tile is decorated with Fleur-de-lis corner motifs with balusters at the side. Dating from around 1670, the tile is in good condition, with visible glaze damage on the surface.
