Silver Seal Royal Brackla 15 Years Old Single Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Region: Highlands (Scotland) Distillery: Royal Brackla Age: 15 Years ABV: 59.3% Cask: Refill Hogshead Size: 700 ml Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2023. Cask No. 11064. Limited to 217 bottles worldwide. Aroma: Sponge Cask, vanilla and buttery, Citrus Peels, caramel and toffee. Taste: Candied sweetness, Some nuttiness followed by salted caramel and spices. Finish: Long with warm spices like cloves and cinnamon. We would highly recommend to add water to see how this whisky evolves beautifully with enhanced citrus and sweet mandarin notes combined with some baked tarts balanced with some minerality and saltiness. A very enjoyable whisky indeed.
