Guizeppi Chili Powder

Guizeppi is a strain of Hatch chili peppers named for Joseph "Guizeppe" Franzoy. It's beautiful reddish-orange color will go well in any chili recipe and will also complement blends such as Champion, Cowtown Light, San Antonio Original and Mild Bill's Original. Guizeppe can be used in place of any mild ground chili pepper with excellent results. This ground chili pepper is a fine to medium grind and has a beautiful aroma.
