Coiled Cylinder Vase in Buff

A hand-built ceramic vase featuring an intricate coiled exterior. This tall cylindrical vase has an unglazed almond exterior and a glazed interior, making it ideal for both fresh and dried florals. Approximately 3" wide x 7" tall, 1.75" opening Joanne Trestrail’s hand-built stoneware and porcelain pieces are mostly coiled and mostly unglazed. She creates surface textures—many of them basket-like—as she joins the coils, building up the forms. She lives in Chicago.
