Meet Crab Crab is a very timid little kitten who is still learning that the world around her can be safe. New people, sudden movements, and unfamiliar environments can feel overwhelming for her, so she will need very patient adopters who are willing to give her plenty of time to adjust and build trust at her own pace. While Crab is extremely shy, she is also a curious little girl. Even when she’s feeling unsure, she likes to quietly observe what’s going on around her and is slowly becoming more interested in interacting with people and exploring her surroundings. Her curiosity is a wonderful sign that, with time and patience, she has lots of potential to continue gaining confidence. Crab would do best in a calm and predictable home environment with adopters who understand that shy kittens need consistency, gentle handling, and no pressure while they learn to feel safe. She may also benefit from having another confident and friendly cat in the home to help show her that people aren’t so scary. Watching timid kittens like Crab slowly blossom and begin to trust is incredibly rewarding, and she is looking for a compassionate family willing to take that journey with her. ❤️
