A morning blend built on green tea, with bilberry and ginkgo leaves rounding out the cup, a little warmth from ginger and cloves, and a clean peppermint finish. The kind of cup that pairs well with a slow start to the morning, a buttered piece of sourdough toast, and a few minutes on the porch before the day gets going. We blend and pack this one at the farm in small batches, so the leaves stay fresh and the cup tastes the way a morning tea ought to. It contains caffeine, which makes it a nice swap for the second cup of coffee, the kind of swap that still feels like a treat. Cover while steeping so the herbs have time to open up. You can re-steep the same leaves two or three times. Ingredients: Green Tea, Bilberry Leaf, Ginkgo Leaf, Ginger Root, Peppermint Leaf, and Cloves. Contains caffeine.
