EMLA Cream 5%

EMLA Cream is a topical anesthetic containing two active ingredients: Lidocaine and Prilocaine. While originally designed to numb the skin before medical procedures, it is frequently prescribed to treat Premature Ejaculation (PE) by reducing penile sensitivity. When applied to the head of the penis shortly before sexual activity, it temporarily blocks nerve signals. This reduces over-sensitivity, helping to delay the ejaculation reflex and allowing for longer-lasting sexual intercourse.
