Join us at La Bottega for Everything ROSATO (aka Rosé) with Sommelier Connor Gallagher - an evening celebrating Italy’s incredible world of pink wines. From North to South, Italy does rosé exceptionally well. We’ll taste through a lineup of Italian rosati in every style: Traditional Method bubbles, lightly sparkling frizzante, and elegant still wines that showcase the diversity of Italy’s regions and indigenous grapes. Fresh, vibrant, mineral-driven, and endlessly food-friendly, these are the wines made for aperitivo season. Expect great wines, Italian snacks, and plenty of conversation as we explore the many shades of rosato. 16 seats only. This is a seated tasting. Includes 6 premium wines, conversation and antipasti.
