This unique outdoor experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and soften your nervous system whilst surrounded by the healing presence of Mother Earth. Expect a nourishing blend of mindful movement, nature connection, sacred sound and moments of stillness held beneath the trees. ✨ What to Expect • Gentle grounding yoga suitable for all levels • Fireside ritual & nature connection • Suspended hammock rest & sound healing • Medicine drumming & nervous system support • A peaceful woodland space to reconnect with yourself Once your place has been secured, you will receive an instant downloadable welcome guide containing all event information including exact meeting location, maps, parking guidance and what to bring. Please Note This is a fully outdoor woodland experience and facilities are not located nearby. Please come prepared for the weather conditions on the day. The session will go ahead in all weather unless conditions become unsafe or dangerous. A limited number of yoga mats will be available, however you are warmly encouraged to bring your own mat that you are happy to place directly onto the earth.
