UN067 - Janson, Lot 1015 Geisha Natural

Having had the opportunity to visit more than once, this year we've been able to purchase more lots than ever. This lot, 1015, from the Los Alpes farm is a geisha varietal that has undergone a natural process. When we first tried it in Panama months ago, it was hard to limit ourselves to three flavour notes - it was full of tropical, berry and citric fruit. A classic example of what we've come to know their coffees to be. In the cup we find flavour notes of apple, peach and candied lemon.
