Real homemade birthday cake — baked from scratch by Annie — blended right into our signature gelato base, then studded with generous chunks of cake and a flurry of rainbow sprinkles in every scoop. It's nostalgic, joyful, and tastes exactly like the best bit of a birthday party (you know, the corner slice with extra icing). A small note: this flavour does contain artificial colours, which is unusual for us. The sprinkles are the culprit — and after much deliberation, Annie decided that a birthday cake without sprinkles simply isn't a birthday cake. We hope you'll agree it's worth the exception.
