2021 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5L)

Note: Wooden display box included The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon hails from an exceptional vintage in Napa Valley and the long, warm growing season was remarkably uneventful (a very good thing in farming). We were able to harvest tiny, dense berries at the exact moment of our choosing to produce exotic aromatics of dark cherry, cassis and vanilla and alluring flavors of blackberry, ripe stone fruit, and dark chocolate. Careful aging in 100% new French oak for 21 months - and an additional year in the bottle prior to release - provides a supple mid-palate and balanced tannin structure on the finish.
