Cava Brut Nature Familia is produced in the Penedès region of Catalonia, one of Spain’s most celebrated areas for Cava. Made from organically grown Macabeo grapes and old-vine Xarel·lo grapes, the fruit is carefully hand-harvested, fermented in the bottle using traditional methods, and aged for more than 26 months to create a deep, flavorful sparkling wine. This Cava has fine golden bubbles, a creamy mouthfeel, and a lively freshness that spreads beautifully across the palate.
