Discover a new way to relate to yourself, your world, and everyone in it. Kama Flight is a fusion of acro yoga, Thai massage, and contact improv. Grab a partner (friends welcome) and join us on this lyrical body/mind journey. During each class, you’ll be instructed on the foundational moves of Kama Flight, a combination of Acro Yoga, Thai massage, and partner dance - performed on a massage table. No prior experience is necessary. Each Workshop Includes: Step-by-step instruction of 20+ foundational moves Two instructors with spots limited to 18 students Luxury tables and covers provided Playtime to try out new partners (encouraged) By the end of the class, you will know how to Kama Flight Participants should be physically healthy, relatively free from injury, and comfortable giving and receiving touch while sitting closely together on a massage table.
