The Kennel Clad™ Insulated door is the toughest, most insulated kennel door on the market. These units are build to withstand abuse while providing the best seal possible. This design is achieved through several unique features on the panel. It starts with a composite core using a polypropylene air-cell center. This is sandwiched between two sheets of 18 gauge aluminum. The perimeter is then framed with a reinforcing c-channel that allows for the hidden wall and floor seals. Stainless steel fasteners are then screwed together to secure all the layers together. All Security Boss products are hand built to order. The hidden top seal along the Kennel Clad panel seals the gap between a closed guillotine door and the wall, saving you on passive energy loss as is normally experienced with other kennel door types. The hidden floor seal is designed to make a positive contact on the floor to eliminate gaps when closed. The placement of this seal discourages damage. The Kennel Clad™ model also uses the strongest rails in the industry as well. This means no worries about warping or problems with unreliable gliding.
