Gluten-free The Pacific Uncle is a West Coast IPA with a large amount of american hops, focusing on late additions and dry-hopping. We use a balanced combination of base and crystal malts to give it a complex and strong malt base. And during the boil we use nugget hops for bittering and Amarillo and Simcoe as aroma hops.
