Writer, Director, Producer, Larry Cohen is one the great anomalies of American Film History. He was a man who made several movies by gaming the system in all the best ways possible. Funny enough, his only real "franchise" was his monster baby series It's Alive. He wrote and directed all three of these films. The first two were scored by, we kid you not, Bernard Hermann, the man who wrote the music for Psycho. The third film stars Michael Moriarty and Karen Black.
