White Wood Aster – PLUG

Shade-tolerant native aster, typically 1-2.5 ft tall, providing late-season nectar and pollen when few woodland plants remain in bloom. Best in part shade to full shade and dry-to-medium woodland soils, making it one of the best native wildflowers for dry shade beneath mature trees. Spreads gradually by rhizomes to form colonies and supports native bees, butterflies, and moths.
