The Opéra Noir Triomphe Black & Gold Chandelier by HDLS Lighting Ltd is a large French-inspired statement chandelier created for grand residential and hospitality interiors. Measuring 110 cm (43") in diameter with a 100 cm (39") overall body height, the 10-light composition combines substantial architectural presence with more restrained proportions than the flagship Majesté. Crafted from copper, Triomphe pairs matte-black finished sections with richly detailed elements in 24K electroplated gold. Sculpted scrollwork, candle-style lights, decorative chains and its formal symmetry reference the theatrical character of French Second Empire and Napoleon III interiors, interpreted for contemporary luxury rather than presented as a period reproduction. The chandelier is particularly suited to grand foyers, formal dining rooms, drawing rooms, stair halls, high-ceiling residences, private clubs, luxury hotels and sophisticated modern-classic interiors. Its black-and-gold contrast gives the design strong visual definition, allowing the chandelier to remain commanding without overwhelming the surrounding architecture. Opéra Noir Triomphe is made to order, hand-assembled and individually hand-finished. Adjustable suspension allows the drop to be adapted to the proportions of the room, while limited dimensional customisation may be considered for project-specific requirements. The chandelier is LED compatible and dimmable, with electrical versions available for UK, European, US and Canadian installations. Production typically requires 12–14 weeks from order confirmation.
