Momento Mori Fistful of Flowers 2024

Gippsland / Victoria // Australia An expressive whack of florals and passionfruit! Fresh and pure with a fine salinity to keep it all together. A blend of Moscato Giallo and Vermentino grapes grown by the Chalmers family on the slopes of Mt Camel in Heathcote, and a small portion from their Merbein vineyard further north. 2024 was a great year, with high quality fruit resulting in a well balanced wine. The grapes spend about 2 weeks on skins in stainless steel tanks, before pressing and ageing in stainless steel tanks. It is only racked once prior to bottling.
