A low-impact, mobility-focused format designed to help people move better, feel stronger, and teach with confidence. This hybrid training experience includes online learning + an immersive in-person training day, equipping you with the tools, education, and confidence to lead REV+FLOW classes with purpose. It’s designed to help you feel confident that this training is the right fit for you. It is on this site. What Happens After Purchase: - You’ll receive your training materials within 48 hours. - You’ll receive prep details for the in-person experience. - After completing the in-person training, you’ll have 45 days to finish certification requirements. Current REFIT instructors with an active REFIT X membership may apply their REFIT X discount toward the REV+FLOW training purchase. Important Policies & Acknowledgements: All REV+FLOW training materials are REFIT Proprietary Intellectual Property. Materials may only be used for training purposes until certification is complete. This training is non-refundable. Digital training materials are delivered automatically and are not eligible for refunds.
