The finer details Due to the high volume of orders, we now request for you to advise the month for your invitation delivery. If your month has sold out, it means we are at capacity that month and unfortunately are unable to fulfil your order. File Formats - Digital File Digital File - We will send one digital file to you in your requested file format File Formats - Printed Invitations 120x180mm size Your choice of premium card stock colour Printed on one side only, unless double sided print option is chosen Your choice of envelope colour Design process Once your order is placed, we will be in contact for your information within 1-3 business days Once your information is provided to us, we will provide you with a design proof via email to approve before production. Please review all spelling and grammar. You are able to make two revisions free of charge. NOTE: If your designs include personalised information (envelopes, invitations, place cards), final file set up will be up to 2 business days. Print Production process Digital print: up to 10 business days Foil/Letterpress/Specialty Printing: up to 15 business days Once printing has been completed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to quality check, pack and send you your stationery. Assembly of invitations for Ribbons, Bellybands etc. is up to 3 business days NOTE: If you require your stationery faster, some items can be produced faster at a ‘rush fee’ cost. Please contact us before placing your order for more details Delivery/Freight process All orders are sent via Australia Post.
